Discover the Magic of Quinoa

If you are a client of DeliverLean, you have probably tasted a few dishes with one of our favorite grains – Quinoa, (pronounced KEEN-wah). Quinoa boasts vitamin B, iron, zinc, potassium and calcium. It is one of the fastest-cooking grains and it can stay fresh in the fridge for a few days, so it is perfect for people on the go. We also love that Quinoa has eight amino acids and can help strengthen the body.

If you are interested in trying Quinoa, we suggest cooking up a big pot of it and then flavoring according to your personal preferences. Make sure to rinse quinoa before cooking to remove the bitter coating called saponin.
